The “furiously committed” Miró Quartet (New Yorker) is one of America’s most celebrated ensembles. A longtime favorite the the Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center, they were GRAMMY-nominated in both 2024 and 2025. The first half of their program brings together three lyrical one-movement works, while the second half welcomes the “exceptional” Isidore String Quartet (Chicago Classical Review), recipient of the 2023 Avery Fisher Career Grant, for Mendelssohn’s exuberant Octet.
