The most versatile of string quartets joins with with Kinan Azmeh, the “spellbinding” Syrian clarinetist from Yo-Yo Ma’s Silk Road Ensemble (New Yorker), for the debut of an exciting new project. New works by the quartet’s violinist, Colin Jacobsen, and Azmeh share the program a variety of traditional and folk-inspired music.
